Things I like: A walk through a forest, wading, swimming, boating in a lake, river stream, ocean or in the rain. Watching a sunrise or a sunset, holding my sweetheart and watching for the instant it comes up or sets. Skipping rocks over the water in a pond. Building dams in a stream just after it rains. Goofing off, doing nothing in particular. A picnic in the woods or by the sea. Climbing around on the rocks, cliffs or hills. Climbing trees and checkin' out the view. Sitting in a hot spring, a suana, a steam bath, a spa or a hot tub. Food fights. Playing in the garden, taking care of the roses. Yard sales, flea markets, antique stores, junk shops, surplus stores, thrift stores, hardware stores, tool stores. Harassing my cat.

I don't really know yet what to expect from a dating site like this, but it sounds intriguing. I'm lonesome, but not lonely. I'm not looking for sex, per se, unless it's at the right time for both of us. I wouldn't ever "make a pass" at you until you want more (however, I can be a little suggestive or flirty at times).

I'm in excellent physical condition with no health issues, although I have about 10-15 pounds of extra weight that keeps nagging me. I'm generally pretty physically active, and I walk/run on a regular basis. I eat a low-carb type diet, and I prefer to continue that. I like to hike, camp. swim, watch movies at home, cook good food, go out on the town, get a little crazy sometimes. I'm in the music support industry, I love Steinways and I've been in a lot of bands (not any famous ones).

I love the Lord, and although I'm a sinner just like everybody else, I try to center my life around Him and His ways. I don't read the Bible enough. I attend church on a regular basis. I love to ride motorcycles and I'm a pilot, and both are part of my life/lifestyle; they're both unforgettable ways to see all that God has created.. I tend toward outdoor activities but I also like cooking and cuddling up by the fire or watching a good movie, or just gazing into each other's eyes.... or doing absolutely nothing.

I'm a romantic, and sort of a renaissance man. I fix and/or invent stuff; I have a creative side that comes out once in a while. I buy things, fix or improve them in some way and sell them for profit (if i can). I'm stable and reasonably predictable (predictable enough to be reliable, but unpredictable enough to be fun and a little naughty at times). I was a massage therapist in a former life, and I still practice the discipline as needed.

I'd like to meet a woman with similar or complementary interests, one who's intense in thought, but relaxed in attitude. A woman who is emotionally honest and doesn't try to manipulate me for favors. A woman who is thoughtful of her mate, and keeps her promises. A woman who is trim, fit and in good physical shape (fleshy is good; serious flab isn't so good). I want a woman who laughs easily and likes to have FUN! Beauty on the inside is, of course, the most important characteristic.... but it doesn't hurt if you're also pleasing to the eye!

Please, no baggage... you must have solved (or are mostly recovered from) any issues and/or past relational problems. I prefer no pre-existing children (not mandatory, however), but I'm still, even at my old age, not against starting a new family if you're still in child-bearing age and desire children.

Coffee or dessert first, until we "get a feel" for each other's styles. I really don't like to actually "date", at all.... way too much pressure! Perhaps a nice afternoon drive or ride into the hills or mountains, stopping for some snack or spirits. Or just a walk around the local park or something else rather non-committal. As I said, no pressure, just some light fun and conversation, at first.
