Ok. Here it goes: I'm a traditional type of woman who believes in taking your time to get to know someone. Spending time together to see if there are any common interests or at the very least, an interest in sharing or trying out the interests held by both. Simple things like enjoying music together, a drink on the patio, a walk, a show etc.

I don't want a bungee jumper, a marathon runner or anyone who leaps tall buildings.
What I will talk about is what I am looking for in a man.

I want a man of quality of character. That means I want a man who can hold a conversation on a first date and not mention sex at all. I want a man who has a bit of an edge but can also laugh at himself. I want a man who has a dry sense of humour and can see humour in life's everyday ironies. It's not necessary to have lots of money, but it is necessary to find quality things to do that don't cost a fortune (imagination required).

A man who has not let himself go and who can look great in jeans or a suit (very occasionally). MOST of all a man who is not in a hurry to seal up a partnership deal but is willing to spend time getting to know one another before trying to make plans for next year.

Please read this profile carefully. I have received messages from men who have obviously fudged the body type and described themselves as athletic when the pic shows the extreme opposite. I will not reply. Don't waste your time or mine.
