I married right out of highschool and after seven years divorced. 27 years and have not remarried. After pursuing a nursing career I relocated to the "North Bay" in 1982. I've been a licensed professional for 25 years. Iam comfortable in bluejeans and cowboy boots or formal wear. I can talk to anyone about anything. I consider myself a spiritual healer, not to the degree of shaman or sage, but I possess a truly unique healing ability and intuition that I can best describe as almost if not mother like. I was raised with a large extended family. I have four older sisters,a wonderfusl mother, and have pursued the a career in nursing, a female dominated profession. I am not suggesting hat I have mastered or discovered the answer to the question that has baffled men for aeons, "what is woman and what makes her tick"? What I am convinced of, and not ashamed to proclaim, is that I truly am in touch with my feminine side, whatever that means. I do know that I love to shop. Whether its Macy's, Saks 5th Ave., or a yardsale or antique shop. I like dressing so that I match down to my belt and shoes. I am not like mascara, I don't run at the first sign of emotion. Like death it is very much a part of life. I've traveled extensively throughout the U.S. and parts of Central America. I adapt well to most situations indoor or outdoor. I was a Boy Scout for 5 years and love the outdoors whether it be the desert or the mountains. The sea has not been kind to me but I do not avoid opportunity. I can be spontaneous or follow an .itinerary, the latter I find not as exciting. I am strong but never overpowering. I am romantic and sensual but not a "pervert"(a relative term). That being communicated I can say that I'll do what feels good and never do what is painful or against my better judgement.

Ideally I would prefer to discuss 1st. date options with my date but if it were up to me it probably would last 3 days and 2 nights. Probably to a city I've never been to. It would include music, nature, dress up, and casual. I would not pursue intimacy on this date and would evaluate the experience in terms of compatability, communication, and the fun we shared. A mutual physical attraction would be essential and could be inter- preted as "chemistry". As with chemistry we must mix, we must be compatable, we must compliment each other. Individually we excel.
