I will give a nice introduction of myself. I am a young,ambitious,creative and driven film student.I've attended NYFA in Boston and Savannah,but I will be attending Brooklyn college soon in the winter of 2009 for their film program.Although I am a native of Florida,I have lived in Connecticut for 5 years,almost six. I still am debating whether NY is the place I'd like to move to,or just plain commute to.

As far as my interests go,I have plenty. Perhaps some conventional,as well as surprising interests,but I would say my best hobby and future career goal is Screenwriting and Directing. I enjoy Creative Writing very much and would love to see my work recieve recoginition in my near and very possible future. I work very hard at it,and could think of nothing else I would want to wake up every morning and do more.

Typically I love dark fantasy inspired work,stories,cinema and books. I write alot of dark fantasy themed stories and appreciate the likes of Tim Burton,American Mcgee,Kevin Grevioux,Guillermo Del Toro,H.P.LoveCraft and Edgar Allen Poe. I would love for my name to be spoken with them one day,especially being a woman of color,would really be an accomplishment for me!

I am very headstrong. I do have a demanding personality however,I can be a very quiet person. I dont consider myself shy,I just dont always open up quickly to strangers or those I've just met.I dont mind flirting at all! I just dont like moving fast due to the fact I plan to travel alot before I get too old to do so. So I'd like for anyone to respect the idea of being friends before anything else.I'd also like to think Im diverse as well.I love Linguistics and besides English and Spanish,I would like to one day be fluent in German,Japanese,Mandarin-Chinese,Korean and French before Im 40!

To describe me a bit more,I am an Afro-Cuban American. Im told I can be fiery,but I dont really see it! I consider myself Black for the most part,because I am very dark skinned,but I identify with Cubans,American Blacks,Caribbean Blacks,and Afro-Latinos. Not that Im against anything else,it's just it's difficult being Black Cuban in the US,and some tend to lack an understanding for it.I would say most my friends are of Haitian descent,which isnt very far from Cuba! But I am very open to the idea of a multicultural world. When it comes to boys,I am very colorblind! I like it all,Asian,White,Black,Native American,Hispanic,all of the above.I have no racial preference,but I do kind of like tall guys Is that bad?!? lol

Why am I on so many people's fave list??? None of these people have ever written me, lol. What's up with that?

I am up for tons of suggestions.I definitely have my own ideas for what would make a nice first date,but I do like seeing if Im on the same page,creatively with a person by seeing what they suggest. There are boring things that come to mind,as there are also crazy things that come to mind,but I suppose to find out,one would have to write me ;)
