Well, I'm a grad student at MU in Agricultural Economics. Short version, I work in the Ethanol program. (means I work A LOT) I'm originally from Chattanooga, TN, with my undergrad in Economics. My headline pretty much sums it up. I'm a geek with a slight hero complex. I'm not the really jealous type, but nothing will get me fired up faster than someone hurting those I care about. I love sci-fi and fantasy literature and movies, and I love new technology. I'm a gamer (D&D, WW, C&C, WoW). When you meet me, my first instinct is to try and make you laugh. I love hearing people laugh, so I constantly tell jokes. I kinda have a short attention span but it doesn't... Oh look! A chicken! Now, where was I?

Oh yeah. As far as who I'm looking for, I'm not picky when it comes to a physical description. Good looks are a plus, but not what make the final decision. Personality is important to me; a sense of humor is an absolute must. Eloquence a definite plus. Similar interests don't hurt, either. Beyond that, I'm kinda open.

I'm kind of a traditionalist when it comes to first dates. I would pick you up and take you to dinner at a nice restaurant, or if you have a favorite place or preference, we'll go there. I would pay for us both: simply how I was raised. Afterwards, depending on weather or what we feel like, we could goto a movie, rent one and take it back home to watch, go for a walk in the park, just whatever we're in the mood for.
