Grocery shopping. There is nothing more incredible than a walk down the deli aisle. YOU look at the ham glistening underneath the display lights and tell me that is not the most beautiful sight your lowly eyes have ever gazed upon.

Dinner and a movie are automatically exempt from my date plan. Mostly because I plan nothing. Let me elaborate. Dinner is acceptable, in conjunction with another form of entertainment. Like "Dinner and a comedian" or "Dinner and a midget circus." or "Dinner and listening to the neighbors fight".

In addition, movies are acceptable, assuming they are decent and you don't insist on the largest bucket of popcorn, only to not finish it.
