Great, I have a blank page upon which to expound on my virtues. How do you write about yourself without coming across as conceited or being self-deprecating? I've been told I am very good-hearted, caring, giving, witty, intelligent... do you wonder how much I paid for the testimonials? Generally, I am very patient with people, I am a great listener, and always sincere in my actions and words. I was raised with good morals, and strongly believe in “the golden rules”. I’m good at reconciling (i.e. I don't like to sulk after a conflict is resolved). I take pride in being very loyal to friends and family, and work hard at making sure others are happy. I love kids, but do not have any of my own, hopefully I will someday.

I tend to find contentment in being at home, however, I also can find happiness in spontaneous events and make the best out of whatever I’m doing. I am a transplant from Louisiana. I have been here for a year now, and think I’m still in culture shock. Maybe you could help me through the change, I'd really like to find some spots around here to do some white-water kayaking or rock climbing, sound like fun?

I've found that cooking is a delightful hobby, and I'm thinking about attending a culinary school. I love red wine with dinner, and I am a fan of my morning coffee, but don't worry, I brush my teeth often, lol.

About you:

I'm a sucker for dark hair/green eyes, but it's not a must obviously! Someone who is in shape would be ideal but not necessary. I love the girl next door, down to earth type, think Natalie Portman. A bit of a wild side isn't frowned up either. I'm looking for something that'll last.
