A little bit about myself: I live in Lee’s Summit right now. I grew up in Kansas City but have been living in Colorado Springs for the last ten years and I just moved back (and when I say I just moved back, I mean two years ago). I am an IT Specialist but I am going back to school to become a lawyer. I have put my school plans on hold temporarily (I plan return next fall) when I came back to Kansas City to help family. My mother lives alone and needs help around the house (I just replaced the floor in the bathroom and completely replaced the kitchen plumbing for example (it's an old house)). I had to turn down my acceptance and scholarships to a couple of good schools on the East coast, but family comes first and I would do it again if asked. So anyway, I am now working at the veteran’s hospital here in Kansas City, and I find it very rewarding experience. Much more fulfilling than working for the Department of Defense or Lockheed Martin (even if I am just fixing the machines that help the nurses and doctors fix the real patients). I have a sarcastic/dry sense of humor. I am fairly liberal. And my biggest fear is boredom. Well that is a bit about me, and if you have any questions feel free to ask.

I think a good first date is a quiet dinner where we can talk and get to know one another better, and if the weather isn't too bad, a nice walk afterwards.
