My favorite thing to do is honestly - walk along the beach hot or cold it is both peaceful and beautiful and if I am camping there - now I feel a little bit of heaven. Although I have to admit I'm not into the rustic type of camping - it dosesn't have to be eliabrate but... I spend a lot of time in the spring, summer and fall bike riding, walking or hiking. I also enjoy a good book and cross stitching.

Someone once asked me were do I see myself at 80? I see myself in a true log cabin with a stone fireplace all the way to the ceiling with our master bedroom in the loft on a all sports lake. The cabin will have enough rooms for our children and grandchildren to stay but not so comfortable that they won't leave. Family is very important and never to be taken for granted. I long to be with that special someone to grow old with. I am tired of waking up alone and coming home to no one everyday. I want to love, honor and cherish - I know even reading it back it sounds so - well old fashion but that is how I really feel. You will find me to be modern in some ways but biblical in others. I read the book "Love and Respect" - wow what an eye opener. I can't have a do over so how about a start over.

I like all types of music but favor Contemporary Christian, Country, Blues, Jazz and Classic Rock.

My first date would be over coffee or a drink and see where it goes from there.
