At this point in my life I am enjoying the challenges of raising my children as a single parent. They are 14, 11 and 7. Their father is involved in their life and is not a deadbeat.

I attend dental assisting classes on saturdays and assisting the doc one day a week. It is a lot of fun but a lot to learn. I also fill in at the area school helping out with the kids. I really have a great time with them, Kids are just wonderful people!

I like to stay active, walking being my favorite form of exercise. I also eat healthy and watch my carb intake. I plan to be around a while God willing, and want to remain self sufficient for as long as possible in the older ages.

I am looking for my very best friend, someone that will make me laugh. A man who knows that sometimes life isn't always exciting and entertaining yet can still see the fun in just being together. I want a man who knows how to make decisions yet takes my ideas into consideration. Someone that believes in being with one woman and appreciating what she offers. Working together and loving each other through good and bad times. A relationship grown from friendship and respect.

I am seriously tired of dating I want my best friend laying beside me every night. I do believe that there has to be a common attraction so have a clear updated picture please.

I am not really interested in men who smoke. I don't do it and would rather meet someone who doesn't as well. My son is a 12 year cancer survivor I would like to keep it that way. No second hand smoke around my kids. Thanks for understanding.

First dates should just be fun, lots of talking time. Picnics, walks, paddling in a row boat; enjoying and getting to know each other. I love daisies and pink roses, ice cream cones (single scoop or shared), and holding hands. really will try most things but will never know unless you ask! I am not the type that will call you all the time, except to return a phone call. I try to respect that you work or might be busy. Course that can be discussed later.

I think that a 1/2 hour drive isn't too bad, but more than that is going to be rough in dating. I live in Austintown (suburb of Youngstown) so please keep that in mind before you contact me, do a mapquest search if your not sure. Thanks.
