Ohi :D I'm a third year student at University of Toronto, going for a specialist in English and a minor in Logic and Rhetoric. I'm looking for some more friends who are like me and share some similar interests with me, since it's always good to have some new friends :)

So, I KIND OF have an odd sense of humor. Just throwing it out there.

I'm KIND OF a nerd in a lot of different ways. I listen to a lot of music, play a lot of video games, and read a lot of books...and random Wikipedia articles. I mostly listen to various subgenres of metal, punk, rock, techno, trance, industrial, hip-hop, folk, and classical. I also listen to an assortment of indie bands and video game/movie soundtracks. I spend lots of time on the computer and playing video games too. I read a lot of webcomics and subscribe to a lot of RSS Feeds and Youtube channels, so I spend a lot of time looking through all of that.

As far as reading goes, I mostly read older works and epic and/or abstract poetry (William Blake, John Milton, Herman Melville, and James Hogg.) I also read a lot of philosophy and science texts (Carl Sagan, Stephen Hawking, Michio Kaku, Richard Dawkins, Nietzsche, Hume, Christopher Hitchens, etc.) Of course, Twilight is one of the greatest works of fiction ever penned.

On the note of literature, I'm an aspiring author myself. I mostly write epic/abstract poetry combined with a lot of sci-fi and philosophical themes. I'm hoping to get published sometime soon, and I'm completing a variety of different works for that purpose.

One of my other creative endeavours is a dark ambient/noise/experimental band that I'm involved in called Nanocyborg Uberholocaust. It's something I do for fun, and you can check out some of our work for free at nanocyborg.net if you want.
