I thought I'd be slowing down by this time in my life but I find things are getting busier and busier. Guess it's that "you're not getting older, you're getting better" thing -- well, at least I hope so. m taking courses at a local college and am loving it and even thinking of getting a second degree (something fun in fine arts/graphic design). I enjoy fiber arts/crafts, old cars,playing music, reading and the other usual stuff: summer theater, movies, concerts, flea markets and rambling day trips. Other than that I'm a pretty friendly sort who seems to be known for being funny. Looking for someone to share time with; being alone has its good points but it can be, well, uh, a little lonely. Honest and loyal to a fault; seek the same in others. A great listener, good conversationalist and will voice my opinions; seek the same in others. Liberal minded but respect other viewpoints. Sense of humor preferred; dry wit appreciated; creative minds admired.

P.S. I'm perfectly willing to sit down and watch Sox and Patriots games. Bonus: I make great snacks for Super Bowl game. Fair warning: my son is a Yankees fan (must be something he got from my bloodline as I was born just outside NYC).

Preferably something a little beyond the quick meet for coffee -- something where there's some activity and a chance to talk too -- car show, flea market, outdoor fair, etc.
