Thanks for stopping in to check out my profile. Figured it was time to update it so here it goes:
A bit about me: I’m 37, single, never been married, no kids (but do enjoy acting like one at times, when it’s ok), have a great career in the mortgage industry, have been raised with great morals and values (which it has surprised me that so many people nowadays apparently lack that, or at least don’t remember how to use what they were taught as a child), have my own place, and car.
My likes: I enjoy family dinners; game nights with my kid sister and/or nephews; hanging out with friends doing whatever comes to mind (and yes, I have managed to stay from behind bars, so no felonies either should be a good thing); working out (both inside the gym and outdoors, whether it be walking or bike riding); reading; float trips in the summer; bonfires in the fall; sleigh riding in the winter; and working out in the yard in the spring (of course, some of these are multiple seasons, but it’s hard to go sleigh riding in the summer); camping (I have a pop-up camper, as well as a tent); truck pulls; rodeos; country fairs; traveling; long country drives; day trips to the wineries; watching local sports; watching clouds float by or seeing stars at night; dancing (which just recently started back into the country line dancing, but also enjoy dancing to live music at local bars); and just having fun while enjoying a healthy active life.
My dislikes: Slow people in the fast lane; people who don’t know what true friendship is really like (actually I feel sorry for these people, I am blessed with having some really amazing friends in my life, both women and men); going down the road at 2AM and having to stop at every single stop light because they are all flashing red, and there is not another car in sight; people who are envious, liars, cheaters, or fakes; killing worms just to get a fish to bite your hook; people who have no desire to better themselves or attempt to reach their goals; spiders; snakes; have a mentioned slow people in the fast lanes; people driving slower then the posted speed limits; serial daters; people (males as well as females) who have children, yet don’t take care of their responsibility.
What I am looking for in a date: I’m looking for a gentleman who is fun to be with; enjoys getting out and doing things, yet enjoys a night in just relaxing in each other’s company; I prefer them to be close to age, mainly since we will have more in common; someone who would be interested in someday possibly starting a family, or adding to his existing family; and someone who is looking for long term.
If any of this sound appealing to you, drop me a line and let's start talking.

Party or Event Of The Moment

Winter Wonderland Holiday Party, Wildwood, MO
http://forums.plentyoffish.com/datingPosts13404290.aspxThere is usually something gathering most weekends at smaller venues if you feel up to getting out and joining other fishies:

St Charles/Lincoln/Warren Counties - Small local gatheringshttp://forums.plentyoffish.com/datingPosts11897555.aspx
I think it would be something that we would both feel comfortable with. Sometimes just meeting for a quick coffee at the local Starbucks or St Louis Bread Company or even Denny's, or even just a walk through a park on a nice day. Just to get to meet, no expectations, see where it goes from there.
