About Me
Where to begin!? I decided it was time to try a different approach on writing about myself. I tried using a little bit of humor and that didn't work, so I will just go with the straight to the point approach. I have been divorced for a little over a year and a half. I have two great kids that mean the world to me. My daughter is thirteen and my son just turned five. They live with me except for the weekends that they spend with their mother. The fact that I have such young children at my age seems to turn away most women around my age, but I figure sooner or later someone will come along who is not bothered by this. These kids have kept me young at heart! I have a steady job that I enjoy. I own my home and though sometimes it can be a little tight financially, I manage to keep my head above water. I also manage to do a pretty good job at keeping my home clean and picked up, even though at times it is tough when you have a five year old who likes to store toys in every room.
I consider myself to be quite honest and truthful. I am hoping to eventually get back into a look term relationship with someone, but for now I would just like going out on an occasional date with no strings attached. I thoroughly enjoy spending time with a woman whether it be just going out to dinner or getting together for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and just having a great conversation and enjoying each others company. It never hurts to make new friends and who knows, it could turn out to be something much more!
