A profile for a dating site. You know what? I ****ing hate doing this, because there is no real way to make a good first impression when all you have is a keyboard. You can write eloquently, or flesh yourself out in unmistakable detail, but really, part of the fun of dating is that first meeting that you and that person have... you know... the one where you ask her out, and she smiles and says yes. That magic moment leading up to that first meal or movie together where the both of you are nervous, but you try to hide it behind a veil of amusement or pleasure.

That being said, I will do my best to give you an idea of what I am all about with the limited means at my disposal.


My name is John. I am 25 years old, and am Cuban, German and Irish (no, I don't speak any of those languages...yet) I have moved around alot throughout my life, and I now make my home in Quakertown Pennsylvania. It took some time, but it has grown on me, and I don't plan on leaving at the moment. I love films, my favorite being Blade Runner (if you have never seen this, then get your ass to a blockbuster or hop onto Netflix and rent it) I love to read... mostly Science Fiction, but I have been known to dabble into classic literature... but only when I am forced to. You will never hear me say "sh*t I'm bored... I'm going to read Tale of Two Cities."
I consider myself fairly intelligent... but I do not flaunt it (example, i probably misspelled a few words already, but I won't correct it because I really don't care) and I love Italian food.

In a partner, I am basically looking for someone who loves themselves enough to let someone else in. I am not looking for someone who is desperate to find a man, because she feels as if she doesnt then one day it will be too late and her ovaries will shrivel up and disintegrate. I am not necessarily looking for someone who is EXACTLY like me, but I am looking for someone who can compliment me while still being their own person.
