I have come to the conclusion that finding someone to spend the rest of life with on a dating site is pretty much a impossibility. I have come to this conclusion due to the liars on this site that claim to be looking for a simple, down to earth girl, who is independent, non materialistic, not into drama, drug and alcohol free, honest, sincere, doesnt cheat or play games...etc...I am all these things... but the one thing I am not, which is the one thing the guys dont put on their profiles is that what they are really looking for is a Barbie doll, a model, a piece of arm candy with lots of money and no kids. I am a good person with a brain in my head, but I guess no one really wants to know me, I am not a air head in a pretty little package. I have grand kids, and I have goals. I dont NEED a man in my life but I would like one. I am not looking to find someone to support me . I came to this site to find someone for me, to share a life with and grow old with. I dont go to bars, nor do I sleep around. I work night and when i am off i am with family seeing games that grand kids are in ,, beacause i take my family seriously.,,Why do ya'll have to lie about what your really looking for? My ideal first date would be to meet in person after we've been in contact via computor, then phone. I want it to be in a public place, but not to public because I want a chance to get to know each other without having to raise our voices over music or a crowd. I love candlelight, so use your imagination. I would like something simple, share a meal, visit a museum, even step out for a cup of coffee at a cafe.
