I enjoy being near/in the water. On my last trip to Bonaire I went on a night dive, at a site called “The Witches Hut". Just after dusk, descending to about 45 feet, we shut our dive lights and drifted in the warm dark Caribbean waters. I suspect it must be what an astronaut might experience floating in space. Suddenly, the ocean began to light up with small florescent green dots, banded together like strings of glowing emeralds. They were Ostracods, tiny crustaceans performing their mating ritual. It was enchanting, breathtaking, enlightening. I could have remained there for hrs. Unfortunately, it lasted only a few moments.

Loved seeing "The Tempest". I was captivated by the tail of wizards, fairies, books that bestow magical powers, betrayal, and ultimately forgiveness.

My most memorable vacation was a sailing trip on a bareboat charter. The overnight passage demanded constant vigilance to ensure against mishaps with other vessels (like one of those floating cities). There was no moon and the cloudless night ski glittered, boasting the magnificence of the Milky Way. Miles out to sea there's only a mast light to obstruct its glory. Just returned from a second trip to the Grenadines. Already thinking about the next destination.

I'm searching for someone inquisitive, willing to explore with me. They should be diverse enough to open their heart and mind to different cultures, ways of life/thinking. I want to share with my partner. Snowboard, climb, sail … A killer smile is always sexy.
