First, I am looking both close to home (Kingston, NY) and mid-eastern Massachusetts. I spend a lot of time dancing in the latter and love the area.

I am told I am caring, fun, honest, hard working, and sensual. I'm not into drama, whining, or complaining. I have done a lot of soul searching and introspection for the last few years, and all things considered, I have a pretty decent life. I have two lovely girls (19 and 21 years), I'm my own boss, and I've lived in and traveled to more places than the average person.

My favorite philosopher is R W Emerson. He wrote " Grow angry slowly - there's plenty of time...for every minute you remain angry you give up sixty seconds of peace of mind." That pretty much sums up how I feel about life.

Floorplay Anybody????? I love to dance. My passion is West Coast Swing. I travel to dances around New York as well as Massachusetts and NJ. I lead and follow, and I love the opportunity to connect with someone and create a dance that is totally in the moment. I occasionally compete, but I am more interested in just improving my connection skills than with being "perfect". I dabble in the other ballroom and social dances - East Coast Swing, Two Step, Tango, Hustle, Salsa, etc. If you can lead it, I'll follow it! If you don't dance, why don't you give it (and me perhaps?) a whirl?!

I also like to gardening, going out with daughters and/or friends,and reading. I will try many things once although jumping out of a perfectly good airplane with a sheet over my head is NOT my idea of a good time! (If the plane is going down tho, I'll be right behind you!)

I also love to travel. I returned a couple weeks in September from a second visit to Akumal, Mexico. where I took my daughter for her 21st birthday. Loved every minute of it. We had many magical experiences swimming with the sea turtles. Oh - and the resident six foot long barracuda, Moray Eel, huge grouper, and other critters were kinda cool too! All that in 10 ft of water - hmmm - now I have to learn to Scuba...want to learn with me?

I have lived in England, traveled to So Africa, Switzerland, Mexico, Holland, France, and many parts of the states.

I would love to travel more. I love the water (as long as it's warm!) and the feeling of the sun on my back.

I'm very secure with where I am right now, but it would be nice to have someone to share life with. My ideal partner would be honest, fun, supportive, sensual, and open. Honesty and integrity are an absolute must. Good listening skills and reflection. Love life & learning.

Oh - and love to laugh....did you know that when you laugh you produce "pleasure chemicals" called endorphins, that act similar to some really powerful illegal drugs. ;-) And they're FREE! Sign me up!!!!!

Whether we meet for coffee or a drink, dinner, or a walk in the park, the perfect first date would have a lot of laughter. We talk and share some things about who we are, our aspirations, and what lights up our lives. We are enjoying the moment so much that we find excuses to not end the date just yet - ANOTHER coffee??? Yeah - so I'll not get to sleep tonight....it'll be sooo worth it.....
