"What do you do for a living?"

I buy real estate, fix it up, and sell it. For fun and profit. Sometimes I keep what I buy as a rental. I also find abandoned houses and help find who has a rightful claim to it. This is called heir chasing and I find people all over the world. I also have an info product biz on the web. I love what I do and especially love that I don’t have to rely on anyone but myself.

I say that because I once owned a marketing agency for the carpet cleaning industry…I had 40 crazy carpet cleaners working for me and the stress almost killed me! I had to step away from that field and the animals who worked for me. Yes, I said it. They were animals. Lol. I have stories.

"What do you do for fun?"

Here are a few things in no particular order:
Day trips, hiking, shopping, movies, going out to eat, museums, winetasting, road biking, riding my motorcycle, mountain biking, concerts, Vegas, San Diego, hanging out with friends, going to the beach, pretending I'm a monster and chasing my niece and nephew all around the house. They love it! ;o)

"Can you cook?"

I wish. But I’m an expert at ordering takeout! he he. I can make an incredible salmon, wine and basmati rice dish though. Mmmm good. So I'm not totally useless. ;o)

"Are you a jealous person?"

I don't get jealous. Unless you have cookies and you won't share. Then I'll be mad and give you a spanking. 5 swats for you!

"What are you looking for in a woman?"

I’m looking for an intelligent, classy woman with a great temperament. I’m attracted to a woman who is beautiful, emotionally mature, honest, and who loves to try new things and experience new adventures.

If you've got most or all of these traits, clearly you are my soulmate and I'm in love with you already. ;o)

1)Models (A model once told me the universe BETTER revolve around her. Ha ha. Enough said. lol)
2)Aspiring actresses (Worse than models. Sorry if that’s your calling.)
3)Druggies (Didn't I tell you its time to quit? Put the pipe down!)
4)Drama queens (Never have dated one, but my friend has. Ouch!)
5)GoldDiggers(Yes, you know who you are. Shoo!)

I’m goal oriented, serious about life and success, and looking for one committed relationship. But before we visualize world peace over a glass of wine on a moonlit beach; How about a good cup of coffee at a place with many exits? That way, if you’re a POF nutjob, I can lose you fast before you start stalking me.
