Let's see.............my name is Jeff........

I am what you might call a health freak and a gym rat, actually those are understatements. I also LOVE CYCLING, I can spend hours on that bike when time lets me. Love golf (I used to be a golf pro, not the TV kind!). I guess I just like to be active!

Let's see, what else...I like going out with friends but I'm also happy just hangin around the house.....I love live music, especially acoustic stuff.......I love pretty much anything on Comedy Central, SportsCenter, 24, Prison Break, House, Bones, Heroes, CSI....As far as music goes, I'll listen to pretty much anything from Christian to country to Frank Sinatra to rock. Movies, I can watch pretty much anything....from action to drama to comedy....depends on my mood and who I'm with I guess. I'm pretty involved with my church and my faith is very important to me! My family and friends mean the world to me. I'm a pretty sarcastic, funny guy most of the time but I know when to be serious too.

Guess that's it for now, trying not to write a novel!
