I haven't had much luck on POF as yet and I think it may be because my interests and the degree with which I hold their importance doesn't lend itself well to a site like this. BUT, as I have found over the years, it doesn't matter how unique or off the beaten track one is, there are many others out there who are similar. So, it is with this premise, that since I am here, I hope you are too.
My creative inclinations permeate deep into all aspects of my life; my house, it's furnishings and interior decoration, my German sports cars and hopefully me and my style. My hobbies include playing various musical instruments, occasionally building furniture, designing and creating objet d'art - and hope to start selling some soon. My passion for the various music genres I enjoy transcends me to a level that cannot be described, but hopefully shared and understood by the one I hope to find.
I believe the more passions one has, the more fulfilling their life and the more enjoyable their time spent here is and will be.
I have read on a few ladies bios that some of the guys they have met embellished a bit on their profiles. I can honestly say that I do not lie and have no need other than to speak the truth. When I say I don't smoke - I don't. When you see my six pack stomach in my pictures - it is really there. If anything, one fault I have is my humility; I tend to sell myself short as I am not that comfortable bragging. To this end of honesty I will tell you I like to surround myself with nice things but also due to being self-employed in a market that reflects the economy, funds tend to be a bit tight from time to time - right now being such a time. I have always felt though that it is the person you are with and not what you are doing that matters. Personally I have always enjoyed the simpler pleasures in life.
What I am looking for in a lady (the one I hope to spend the rest of my life with) is someone who is honest, witty/intelligent, passionate and compassionate. Someone in good to great shape and enjoys various forms of sports and recreation and maybe has a little competitive edge for fun sake. Someone who is creative and artistic. I do not care how much money you make; I care about who you are and what interests you. Like me, you work so you can live, not live so you can work. I also hope to find someone with a great sense of humour to match my own. I am always laughing and lean towards a British style of humour and occasional dry wit.
