Lets see, I'm honest, stable, great sense of humor and like to laugh a lot. I am a IT geek and enjoy computers as well as like to scuba dive, have friends over, hike, and evenings watching the latest Block Buster rental. I am quick witted although a bit crude at times when I don't engage my brain before my mouth utters something :)

I also like to sit in front of a fire and read a good sci fi book and tend to read cover to cover in 1 or 2 sittings.

When I have just a small amout of free time, I usually don't wander too far from the computer and will get online and Fragg some kids in the latest PC game that has come out but if I have a lot of free time, I'll do just the opposite and get away from everything electronic and head to the mountains for some camping or head to the lake to try and catch the big one that always seems to get away :)

I have one rugrat who is 11 years old and she is as much a part of my life as oxygen. I feel like I am one of the lucky parents that is able to say that I am able to be a parent and a best friend to her and only embarrass her now and then. There isn't anything much funnier than seeing the expression of horror on her face when I break out in a song in the middle of the grocery store lol. (I only do that to her)

I like to cook (man style so a grill is usually involved) and truly enjoy making a big meal for friends while we hang out. I also make one helluva mean breakfast although I am not a big fan of breakfast food.

I work a lot and am on call more than I would like but I love my job and I am about to start my 8th year at the same company which I am proud of and I enjoy the new challanges that present themselves on a daily basis.

I like to take naps on rainy days.. When we were kids in kindergarden, they used to make us sleep everyday at "nap time" on those little blue mats which I hated at the time but now am disgruntled that they don't offer them at work!

I guess this is a pretty good basic description of who I am and if you read this far without me boring you to death, perhaps we have a few things in common and could strike up a conversation and become friends. I believe that any good relationship must start there.


In her I am looking for someone who is happy and likes to make others smile too. Someone who can go out and have fun yet able to have just as much fun at home with friends. Someone who is capable of seperating work life from home life. Someone who can stand on her own two feet yet welcomes help when it is offered. Someone who likes me for my positives yet loves me for my faults. Someone who believes in karma and believes what goes around, comes around. Someone who treats me like they would like to be treated.

She must like kids, outdoors and animals, (and yes even cats lol)... Although I don't have any pets. I think a love for nature would be a better way to say that.
