The feature that captures my attention the most is someone who cares about their health and others, someone who is a 'gentleman', not too aggressive yet not too timid, is kind, not controlling nor jealous, doesn't have a bad temper.

I love my career as an Executive Assistant to the President of a large company and make it one of my priorities, along with my 2 boys (10 & 13) who live with me every other week. I workout pretty much every morning - it's just something I love to do and I find it's a great way to kickstart to my day. I recently completed my FIS certification for fitness instruction and am most proud of this personal accomplishment, not only to myself, but as an example to my 2 boys - it's never too late to go after something you want, and you can always accomplish something you put your mind to :)

My friends would describe me as kind, thoughtful, funny, a motivator, health conscious, fun, a good mom, open-minded, socially smart, well-balanced, successful, genuine

My ideal date is going to for a walk/hike in the trails, hitting the driving range, going for dinner, & getting an ice-cream.

I should also mention that I prefer to pay my own way on a date - I appreciate the gesture of being a gentlemen and picking up the tab, but it's just my preference so please be prepared for that should we decide to meet.

My greatest guilty pleasure is undoubtedly, chocolate!

I appreciate friendship and honesty and being able to talk to your partner about anything and everything.

PS - re: my photo on the motorcycle....it's not my bike, nor do I ride..I simply took my boys to the Motorcycle Show earlier this year and was taking photo's of my boys on various bikes and I just decide to hop on one myself!

PSS - Just to save you some time (and me some time).....if you're writing me wondering if I'm looking for some 'fun', please try searching under the intimate tab instead. Also, if you're one of those much younger guys thinking I might be a lonely seperated lady looking for some company, this isn't the case. And finally, if you're opening line is 'hey baby, hi precious, or 'you are hot', you might save yourself some time and just move forward with your search. I'm not that interested in the car you drive so if you forward your photo in front of your Porsche, that's ok if it's on your profile but please don't go out of your way, since it's not going to catch my attention moreso than the guy standing in front of his pinto - I'm not overly concerned about your vehicle or what your profession is necessarily (although having a job would definately make a good impression :)
Please don't forward me photos of yourself halfdressed. Just because I mention I'm interested in fitness and instruct as a side interest, doesn't mean I need to see you in the flesh. I'm not necessarily looking for a muscle man....a person who is fit doesn't have to have bulky muscles. ie. if I had photo's of me showing my abs or butt, I'm pretty sure I'd be attracting a different kettle of fish, which is not what I'm looking for.

something with an activity and maybe drink to follow - driving range, rock climbing, laserquest, a special event of sort, batting cage, a fitness/spin class, bowling, even just meeting at a gym and having a workout together is good with me, meet for a drink, etc
