I enjoy intimate conversation over a glass of wine or tea or coffee; I think it's important to do whether you call someone friend or lover. I am a psychologist specializing in human sexuality, trauma response and recovery and forensics. I think it is very important to practice what I advise others to do which includes staying emotionally and physically fit. I workout 5-6 times per week. I am 5'10 & 3/4" tall, 195 pounds. I enjoy children and have an 15 year old daughter for whom I have custody and like hanging out with her.

My idea of romance includes: a secret locations to get away to with you, flowers for no reason, unexpecteded, random acts of kindness, gentle tug on your hair just to let you know I want to touch you.
In my spare time I enjoy: working out, writing poetry, cooking, hiking and occasionally building furniture.
