My name is Evan I am 26 and live in Saginaw. I’m going to school to be a teacher preferably high school history or literature. I like music, movies, video games, reading, writing, and just having a good time no matter what I’m doing. I have always considered myself a person who went against the grain and by the beat of my own drum. I like to feed my head with knowledge and new experiences. Travelling and random road trips always are exciting.

People have always told me that I’m smart and have a great sense of humor. I like to laugh and make others laugh. I’m very open minded and very easy to talk to. I can be a little shy at first but I can quickly warm up. Shyness is something I have worked hard to overcome.

So what am I here looking for? I want to meet new friends, and if I meet that special someone that would be wonderful. I’m in no rush though; patience and absence do make the heart grow fonder after all. I like to be around people who are open minded and like to have fun. If you are shallow or materialistic, please do not bother, I find those traits to be quite a turn off. If you are the type of girl who likes to have movie nights, good conversation, and can appreciate the simple things like a night of stargazing then you are probably my type. Having a good mind, the ability to laugh at the silly things in life and a nice smile go a long way with me.

I’m a bit of a romantic and believe in making a person feel wanted and special. Letters and notes are the best because I’m a better writer than speaker. Putting ones words into writing can make them immortal.

Usually when I get together with my friends we usually just hang out and watch tv, listen to music, or watch movies. So that is always where I am most comfortable. I think the word "date" just adds to much pressure. I really just like to hang out, and get to know people.
