I stand tall for my beliefs and so does my ideal match. I tend to wear my passion on my sleeve. Politically, I tend to root for the underdog and I believe that life's a cycle, so I respect the earth and I don't relate well to people who don't think twice to pollute the planet or the living things on it. Good listener and observer, I'm affectionate and demonstrative to my friends, family and lover. Family -- who at this point is comprised of my 3 children -- is very important to me. Additional procreation is not in my cards, however, if you have children, I will embrace them fully and lovingly. Honesty is number one priority. But it's right up there with affection and sensuality. Physical closeness and sexuality are extremely important to me and I need a partner willing to give it and show it all. Life's too short for anything less. My nature is to be very nurturing, warm, friendly and I love to party -- either boisterously at a club or similar environment or quietly with friends and family. I love dancing, food, music, the arts, good wine. I recently discovered Albarinos -- the prized whites from the Galician region. However, I love my reds! And like my love, I prefer them full of character and assertive. I am willing to work at a relationship and need to know that my partner feels the same way. After all, nothing and nobody is perfect. I am looking for a monogamous long-term relationship leading to marriage.

Some things I enjoy: music, films- not into pop, but prefer off-the-beaten-path. Mamet, Kubrick my favorites. I'm a dancing fool- salsa, techno, "touch" dancing. Not a TV watcher, but an NPR head. Love good food, wine, bittersweet dark chocolate. My take on spirituality: I believe in a power greater than us. I believe in the golden rule. I believe that life is a cycle, and it all comes back in one manner or another. Always reading magazines - Savieur, and anything that has to do with food, wine and culture. I'm a graphic designer so I stop for printed material.
