Well, it's hard to explain oneself. I'm both simple and complex and, probably a little bit quirky ;) I'm very 'down to earth' and sincere. I don't tolerate 'players' or insincere people in our lives. Rudeness & dis-respect, are not options. I will send a pic to those I'm communicating with.
I'm a hard-working single Mom and, I'm not complaining. I'm grateful for what I have and hopeful about what the future brings. Yet, life is definitely more fun when you have good friends to share life's experiences with. We moved several times in the past 5 years, which makes it difficult to keep lasting connections. Spokane is now our home so, I'm looking to make some lasting friendships and perhaps, meeting that 'Special Someone' My goals are to live a long, happy and fufilling life; to be able to continue to be a positive influence in my sons lives. Right now I don't have much time or resources for doing alot of the things I'd like to, such as travel and family vacations but, our lives are 'rich' in the ways that matter most.

I often ponder the the meaning of Life, usually when I'm on I90, seeing all the reckless, aggressive and distracted drivers, cutting eachother off; dangerously tailgating, for what? To save the World? Thinking themselves as SO important that they're willing to put their own or, someone elses life in danger.....I see the linear roads, buildings and all the concrete; the flatness that makes us think we're on solid ground.... I see the cars and all the people on their cell phones, so wrapped up in their "reality". And then, I think about where we REALLY are....on a Planet suspended in a vast Cosmos and I wonder if people really care or think about the beauty, delicacy and miraculous-ness (not a word I know....lol) of our existence and, what we're really put on this planet to do....I don't have the answer but, I'm grateful for this life!

Good cup of coffee and good conversation or, meeting with the kids at a park, etc. I don't think that a first meeting can really be considered a 'date' but, more like an introduction. So for me, meeting for the first time should take place in a public and casual space. If we 'click' then we can decide what we'd like to do next.... |
