I am a professional woman that enjoys life in general. I try to always look at the positive and minimize the negative. I adapt to just about any situation very well. I know what I want in life and not afraid to work for it. I love football (college and pro)

I like to take moonlit walks holding hands talking about nothing at all. I enjoy reading a good book. I am content to just cuddle on the couch or go out for the evening. I am independent and do not need someone to coddle over me all of the time; however, I do like to be with that special someone and pamper him and in return be pampered. Romance is a good thing that is many times overlooked. I am a very affectionate person that does not mind public displays of affection. Holding hands and the occasional peck here and there are nice.
I hope to find a man that has some same interests as I do, but I do not expect him to have all of the same interests. We are all individuals and should not have to change who we are. He needs to love romance and not be afraid to show it. It would be nice to have someone that can carry on an intelligent conversation one minute and goof off the next. He must understand that I have a close family and love them very much. When all is said and done, your family will always be there. If he has children, that is fine. I love kids, but unable to have them any more. Am I asking too much? I am too old to settle. Been there and done that and that is why I am here now

The first date just depends on the person. Dinner is always nice or meeting for coffee. Somewhere that we can sit and talk. I love a good movie, but who can get to know someone in a theater full of people shushing you. If the weather is nice, I love to sit on a blanket at the park or lake. I think that casual dates are nice for the first meeting. I want to know who that person is in every day life.
