| | My appearance? Well, I have been told repeatedly that I am a 'handsome' man. And after very many years, I am finally beginning to believe it, because so many persons, other than my family and close friends have told me so! LOL! Ethnicity? I am of mixed African and Indian descent, but I consider myself primarily Afro-West Indian! At 6'3" (191 cm), I am fairly tall and possessed of an athletic-to-thin body. I played sport, and ran track in high school and at university. I won't post a photo here for the world to see ( I am simply too "reserved" or 'shy' to do so! ). However, if someone wants to see a picture of me, and there is MUTUAL INTEREST, I would exchange pictures with that person. I am just not keen on POSTING my picture on the web! However, I have the deepest respect and admiration for those persons who do so. LOL! I am looking for an attractive woman, whose inner beauty is just as radiant as that of her face and her body. And of course, because 'beauty' is "in the eyes of the beholder"; I will "recognize" her, whenever I see her. And I believe, she will recognize me, too! Am I a romantic? Yes, I am! :-)!

In my opinion, a first date should be MUTUALLY planned! Firstly, I would want to hear her describe the 'context' in which she would feel 'comfortable'. I think the first meeting (date?) might preferably be in a "public" setting, where we should have the chance to have a relaxed, private chat with drinks and/or a meal. After that, maybe a short walk, if we are BOTH so inclined.
My main interest would be to find out whether there seems to be the likelihood of an "harmonious friendship". However, I wouldn't expect to find out very much on a first date. I also believe that it is important to be honest with one's true feelings; especially if it appears that the other person might rely on what is being expressed! |
