For me laughter, truth, sincerity, and playfulness are all important in a relationship. Why date or be in a relationship if it isn't any fun or if you don't trust your partner? I am looking for someone who complements me and vice versa. Sometimes opposites attract..and sometimes they don't! Dating is a crap shoot, you never know how things will turn out. You have to put yourself out there and see what happens. Two people are compatible or they are not. If you aren't compatible, hopefully you have met someone interesting or learned something new along the way! If you are compatible all you can do is take it day by day and enjoy getting to know someone new. Dating doesn't have to be so complicated!

I prefer to meet someone for coffee or a drink. I think it's more comfortable for both people if the first meeting is set up so that it can be brief or long, depending on the chemistry when you meet. If we want to see each other again, the date all depends on our common interests and the season. If it were summer, I'd suggest a hike in the woods with my dog, or kayaking.
