I have been living in Los Angeles(Studio City) since March 2008. I drove 4 days from Atlanta to get here, and I'm making a play at becoming a screenwriter. Without any particular order of importance, here are some random facts about me: I've got those Hollywood aspirations but no delusions about the up hill battle that awaits me. I've got a regular job, however, to pay the bills until I hit it big. I’m not pretentious; I don’t need a Ferrari to get me from A to B when a Chevy works just as well(but, ask me again if I ever win the lottery). I like comedians. I was born in Rhode Island. I zone out in the gym sometimes and workout somewhere between 2 and 3 hours. I am politically conscious. I go to the movies a lot. I watch Family Guy, Real Time With Bill Maher, Glenn Beck, and if you like Venture Brothers then you have my sense of humor "dialed in." I’m a pretty good dancer except when it comes to ballroom, but I’d like to learn. I’ve lost 40 lbs from my peak weight (don't ask)and would like to lose 35 more. UPDATE 4/2/9: I just bought the same size pants I wore in high school, HELL YEAH!!! I can cook most Italian meals. I hate the dating game. I never make my bed unless company is coming over. I like my job but have loftier goals. I was shy but am not now. I read the newspaper almost every day. I listen to all kinds of music. I like kids…not in the weird uncle way, but I'm just saying to any single moms out there, as we say in Georgia, "I ain't skerd." I used to teach a karate class for kids. I hate people who coast in the passing lane while driving. I love my mom's Italian meatballs, a good workout, watching the rain fall from a covered deck, a great political or social observation or opinion, tropical beaches, road trips.

Ms. Right is, in no particular order: mature, goofy is fun but please don’t make a career out of it. Witty, she can hold a conversation & whip out a zinger when the timing is right. She has a great sense of humor and is not easily offended. She has political opinions and even if hers are different from mine, she’s okay about sharing them and listening to mine. She doesn’t have to have a gym body but she likes to be health conscious-I’d like to grow old with her. She has ambition & drive. She makes me smile. Sometimes, she puts the moves on me! She shouldn’t wear too much jewelry; I know it seems like a triffle thing, but I can’t stand women who wear a ring on each finger. She likes to dance. She surprises me in all the right ways.

HOW'S YOUR MIND? BLOWN?

I think meeting up for a coffee or drinks is best for an first "get-together." After that, well its all depends, doesn't it? It could be brunch in BH or a picnic on the beach!
