About me, well first of all, I've lived in the area for over 3 years and I've been on here for over a year and I've met a lot of nice people.
I love my Lord, my children and grandchildren, all animals, gardening and I love to travel.
I'm always willing to try new things as long as it's safe and legal.
I was planning on leaving and trying a new state, but I've put that on hold, who knows, "maybe" I'll stay, you never know what the future will bring. At one point I was missing my grandchildren so much, I had decided that I was moving forward and closer to them, but with the way things are working out, maybe the lord knows more about me then I do myself and I need to give it a little more time.
I'd like to start out as friends and see what happens. I don't just jump into relationships as it creates failure and I want the next love of my life to be the right one since I'm getting up there in years, and besides I'm not really in to the dating scene.
I like to start out slow and chat for a while and eventually after we talk on the phone and get to know each other even better, then meet some place in public to see if we actually like each other.

First date....I think the first date should be at a restaurant or some place public that is quiet, so that we can talk and get to know each other. That way neither one of us will be forced into something too long if things don't click. We can then decide for the next date if there is going to be another.
