1st date, Hmmm let me see, movies or museums are not good for finding out details of a new friend/partner, everyone else will be moaning about laughter breakouts and Shhh-ing enough to spoil the atmosphere.
So it would be somewhere public, but private enough for personal get-to-know-you chats, maybe a meal, coffee, drink. Somewhere where we can walk, talk, relax and do daft silly things if the mood arose. When was the last time you stamped in puddles, played on swings, or kicked leaves?
