Lets keep this simple. You can work through all the frogs until you find your prince, or you could just start with the prince. I’m an easygoing guy who enjoys simple things, like sunrises with a good cup of coffee then going the gym for a workout or riding my bicycle. I like it when the dog’s feet pedal while she’s sleeping. I can’t help wondering what it is he’s dreaming of chasing. I guess it’s pretty clear that I’m easily entertained. My sense of humor is a little quirky and wry, but harmless. Family is very important to me. For over thirty years I worked in the family business, a white collar, corporate job with a fairly rigid structure. I also cared for my elderly parents when they became too ill to run the business or care for themselves. I made a promise to them that I’d do that, and I honor my commitments. However, I turned around at 53 years old and realized that I’d never found that one special person to love for the rest of my life.

I traded in my suit and tie for polo shirt type work were I get hot and dirty and am thoroughly enjoying the change of pace. But I still have all of my suites and ties. All that I lack is a wonderful woman to share fun, adventure and whatever life has to offer. I’d like to be with someone smart and passionate and kind, who takes pleasure in small acts of affection- holding hands in the supermarket or while window-shopping, cuddling under a blanket on a stormy day, whispering our dreams and secrets long into the night. I hope to find a lady who knows who she is, has confidence and self-assurance, intelligence and a great sense of humor.
When I get bored, I like to drive downtown Clayton, find a great parking space, then sit in my car and count how many people ask me if I’m leaving. I told you, I’m easily entertained.
Some of the things I like or enjoy
Lone Elk Park, I enjoy watching the elks. I also enjoy the Monkey House at the zoo. When I was little, we had a Capuchin Monkey. (You can’t grow up in a house with a monkey and not develop a sense of humor.) Watching the penguin parade at the zoo is great fun and I love the Missouri Botanical Gardens.
Watching the sun come up with a hot cup of coffee in hand, or seeing it slip below the horizon at sunset, both can take my breath away. And then there is the dog-pedaling thing, never get tired of it.

Some place quiet were we can talk and and get to know one another over coffee or a nice glass of wine.
