Very TALL Italian. Seeking the very elusive "happily ever after!" I've heard your stories and I do feel for you. And I even have stories of my own! Yikes!!! Some good and some kind of scary. I may not be perfect but I am very normal. My baggage is neatly folded, packed and my suit case is in the over head. Nobody said that internet dating was going to be easy. So anyway, I'm 6'5" tall and I weigh in at about 200 pounds. All of my pictures are fairly current and I actually look like my pictures! No surprises, I promise! My first job is a Monday through Friday 9 to 5 type and my second job is in real estate and requires my attention in my off hours. I don't rely on real estate to survive it's more of a hobby that I truly enjoy! It keeps me busy at times and you'll need to be understanding of that. Give me a reason to take time off! For the most part, I am a very easy going, always happy with a very positive attitude and high a energy level. I keep myself busy and I watch very little TV. I'm honest, loyal, unpretentious, impulsive, very much a straight shooter and I'm a pretty good cook when I have time. I am very young at heart, athletic and fit and a very active man. I live in Chicago on the far Northwest side near O'Hare/Park Ridge and I work Down Town. I have two grown kids that are pretty much on their own. I have a wide variety of interests and enjoy doing just about anything. You treat people the way you want to be treated, you're beyond games of the mind and you’ve gotten beyond your past and are ready to move forward into a long-term monogamous relationship.You live in or near Chicago and you know the difference between Mr. Right and Mr. Right now. What's important to me is that you're like no other woman out there! Not perfect, just unique! By now you've figured out that it's very hard to find Mr. right at a bar. And, if you sit at home waiting for Prince Charming to ride up on his great big white horse and knock on your door, it's just not going to happen. You've let your friends fix you up and you've learned not to date someone you work with. You've also learned that playing games is for the immature and that you can't judge a person by what you see on the outside. You’ve also realized that this isn’t going to be as easy as you once thought it would be! (Need I go on?) We know what we want (the total package, of course!) but we've also learned what's most important to us and what's not. We’ve also figured out that none of us are perfect so we don't sweat the small stuff. Hey, I guess we're all grown up now! So now here we are giving the Internet a try! Assuming that we have already met and this is truly our first real date. Now, I'm not going to be specific because I'd like our first date to be a surprise. I'm sure you like surprises! So without giving it all away, here is a brief and sketchy synopsis of the evenings events. Seeing as I am very much the romantic type, the theme tonight would be romance. It would take place in places that are quiet so that we can talk and get to know one another better. There would be food involved and maybe some entertainment. It might include a romantic walk if the weather permits. It could happen!!!
