Hi! I like to keep myself challenged, interested, active and passionate (although a rainy afternoon with a good book, movie or Pats game is great too). I've been a runner, a triathlete, and an adventure racer, but now am most frequently just a Dad. I have two kids (7 and 12) that are the light of my life, and with whom I spend alot of time.

I'm hoping for someone who sparks a connection and is strong, kind, gentle, intelligent, funny, cute, and fit. While I sometimes like to do physical things, warm, comfortable, close, down-time is also a favorite. I like to read (although rarely find the time). I've traveled a bit and like it - have lived on both coasts, been through almost every state and on four continents. Among other things I've kayaked in Baja, swam in the Dead Sea, rafted the Colorado, skiied Aspen, climbed in Canada, and biked through the Cotswolds and the Loire.

Something simple, like drinks and/or dinner first to see if there's chemistry. After that I'm up for just about anything! I like to dance, and won't embarass you on the dance floor. I like eating out and drinking good wine. I like movies, music, some theater (sorry - been to a few plays that just knocked me right out!). If you're up for it I'll go parasailing, mountain biking, kayaking, hiking, skydiving or just about anything, but probably not on the first date!
