So, lets see some things about me...

I really, really like dogs and work with them for a living, therefore, I love my job. I am a self-confessed workaholic, but I'm trying not to let that be a detriment to my social life.

I spent alot of years in Philadelphia and I will always consider it home. I moved here to Dela-where? about 7 years ago and am finally getting used to the slower pace of life here. All in all its been a good move for me in many ways, but I haven't found many like minded people in this area. I am not surprised to see that alot of my matches on here are a bit of a drive away and thats fine with me. I'm pretty busy and independent and don't need to have someone around me all the time, but I would like to make friends to meet up with on a fairly regular basis.

I don't like bad spelling, littering or LOL.

I like model trains, but haven't had the time to put together a layout.

I like rollercoasters and would love to take a hot air balloon ride someday.

I love to be out on a boat and don't mind fishing, but mostly just enjoy the water.

I don't watch much tv, but when I do I become obsessive about really bad reality shows...

I love love love Sex and the City.

I don't like cigarettes at all.

I have 5 cats who I love dearly, but hope they don't break any longevity records...they're simply alot of work. My dog, however, is the coolest and I'm probably way too attached to him. But, friends like that don't come along every day.

I don't pay enough attention to politics as I should, but I'm trying to work on that.

I like gardening, but I can't seem to grow a flower to save my life. This bothers me, but I'm going to keep trying.

I tend to be pretty quiet until I've gotten to know you or I've had glass of wine or a margarita...

I don't like the phone one bit.

I desperately want to travel to New Zealand and am determined to make it happen next year.

I spend way too much time on the computer.

Nothing on a first date that obligates us to a long drawn out evening unless we hit it off...drinks somewhere is mostly where I'd start.
