I am seeking a gentleman who knows how to kick back and just enjoy......I am well educated and well read. I would like to find a man who is self-assured, secure, not intimidated by an independent woman and knows how to treat a lady. It'd be great if he had a sense of humor and didn't take himself too seriously, too. I enjoy dining out, a fine wine, college football(yes, I even understand it!) and just hanging out with friends. I love good movies, a great political debate (I'm a recovering bleeding-heart liberal) and curling up in bed on a Sunday morning just to read the paper. I am a fantastic cook and love to do it just for fun! I like learning about new things....my current goal is to learn how to golf...not so sure how that's going to work out..apparently I need to learn how to adjust my swing...lol.....I am very easy going, but by no means a doormat. I tend to be more on the quiet side, until I get to know someone. I also think that life is much too short for drama! It should be about spending time with those that are important to you and doing what you think is meaningful. Given that there is just so much to do in Venice, I'd say a quiet walk on the beach just to get to know one another would be a great start.
