| | I am an independent, professional female with much love and joy to share with others. I have spent a considerable time and energy recently on working on myself with the help of an excellent life coach. Balance in life is important to me. I first came to Edmonton from the UK in 1984 and have lived here on and off since that time.
I am financially secure and have no regrets about having any children.
My parents are deceased as well as two of my sisters, leaving me with two sisters and their families who live in England. Friends are the family I have chosen and I am blessed with the love and support of some exceptional friends here. Life is a journey not a destination and I continue to grow and to question that which is taken for granted. I am passionate about issues of social justice and making a difference through my work, which currently is not in a traditional teaching setting.
I have lived in Kenya, England, Canada (Nfld, Nova Scotia, Alberta) and the US and have travelled extensively. I am not fond of the cold temperatures of Alberta but currently, I am enjoying living in Edmonton and finding my authentic self in an effort of self-empowerment.
I am blessed with excellent anti-aging genes and I take good care of my health and exercise regularly. I am looking to meet someone special ultimately where we see the world with a similar lens. There should also be some chemistry and sharing of values in life. |
