Instead of a 1st date - Let's have a 1st 'meeting'.....Before a 1st date......Lol.
When: After we have exchanged enough e-mails/texts, so that we are both cautiously comfortable.
Where: A place where we both feel at ease. Around other people for sure. Maybe appy's and a beverage, at a bistro or pub. Or, I am open to suggestions.
Hopefully we feel that spark, and our butterfly's are a stirrin', so let's set our brains a whirrin', and plan that 1st date.
Now that we've decided to go on a 1st date, Lol. I am open to an idea of yours, or may I suggest 4 different types of possibilities, and would be just as comfortable with each of them. We might enjoy dinner and a concert. Or, a picnic under a big 'old' tree, rain or shine, followed by a walk thru the forest, or to a point of interest. Or, how about a date for 2 at a potter's wheel, having fun creating a pair of sculptures, that the 2 of us can keep as a treasured momento of the great time that we've just begun? Or, we can lay my yacht at anchor in the harbour, and for brunch, I can have my chef prepare for us, something that would be delectable to both our pallets. Lol..................Hmmmm....................I wonder which one you'd choose? If you can choose which outing/date, I'd (actually) prefer, then you will have a chance to win for yourself your very own "personally stuffed",.......... (I can't tell you, it would ruin your surprise).

My life is almost complete, but is missing that Prince Charming, that Knight in Shining Armour. If you're a bit dented, maybe not quite so shiny, perhaps even a bit rusty? That would be fine too).
