About Me
I just graduated fro York University as a science major (Biology/Zoology) who is going into Journalism Master's this fall to become a scientific journalist. I just moved to Ottawa, and I am currently attending Carleton University to get my Master's of Journalism. I decided to try online dating, because I'm not a club or bar kind of person, but I do go to these occasionally. I am a easy going, funny, intelligent kind of guy who is a great listener. I love going out, but I can just as easily hang out at home and watch a movie. I am looking for someone to spend some time with. I like girls with a sense of humour who are able to laugh at themselves, me and others because my sense of humour is usually sarcastic and witty about day-to-day things. She also has to be able to carry on a fairly intelligent conversation from everything from movies & books to philosophy.

Food = Pizza
Movies = TOO many to name, but I like most movies (am a fanatic movie watcher)
TV Shows = Tons, but here's just a few - CSI, House, Lost, the Big bang theory, grey's anatomy
Music = Anything and everything with a good beat
Books = LOVE to read, but my favourite is a tie between Animal Farm by George Orwell and Dracula by Bram Stoker

First Date
For a first date, if I know the girl, I would tailor make a perfect date based on what I know she would like to do. If I don't know her too well, then, we'll start with a nice dinner at a restaurant (whatever her favourite food is), followed by a movie/some other activity, and ending with a walk around a nice area/park/etc...
All I would care about is that she is there with me, everything else is just icing on the proverbial cake to me.
