What's up my name is Melissa, better known as Melly, Lis, Mel Bell, or w/e other name you could think of. I don't really know what to say here w/o sounding full of myself.. but here goes anyway....I'm half Italian, half Irish. I'm from Long Island and go to school upstate.. I'm about to graduate in May from undergrad with my BS in Psychology(crazy I know) in the fall I plan to go to Grad school for School Psychology. I'm outgoing, energetic, fun, and adventurous. I'm very sarcastic at times.. so if you don't have a good sense of humor don't bother talking to me.

I love to go out and have a good time with the people that I love, but I also know that there is a time and a place for everything. I can be mature when it's needed, and I'm looking for a guy that has a similar personality. I'm tired of the guys that play games and don't know what they want... I'm not expecting you to know exactly but you should have a good idea by now. I don't have time for games or immaturity, and I can't stand guys that aren't honest.

I love my family and friends, and I treat my friends like family. I'm loud and funny, and I love cracking jokes and laughing with my friends until my face hurts. I LOVE THE METS!!!! I am a big sports person in general, never was a cheerleader.. was always in the game baby! I am the type that loves to sit on the couch with a guy and watch a football game while kicking back a beer, or we could go to a live game too. Besides sports.. I looove animals ( I know it's cliche but I do... in fact I've been working at an animal hospital since I was 15. my favorite are doggies!)so if you don't like dogs.. don't bother b/c I live with 3 of them at home. =)

I'm also the type of girl that needs her space. I believe you need a good balance of space as well as enough time with your significant other. I don't like when people smother me, so I don't smother them.

I'm a firm believer in the saying "everything happens for a reason." I take every experience I go through as something to learn from and I've become a better person from the experiences I've had

The only other thing that I have a preference on is height.... no offense to those that aren't tall, I prefer guys that are at least 5'10. I'm pretty tall for a girl so the taller the guy, the better.
A guy must be honest, goal oriented, respectful, family oriented, and mature. I know it seems pretty simple to want in someone, but you'd be surprised how many guys don't have these qualities. I know that I am not perfect by any means and will be the first to admit it. If a guy is honest and can accept that I make mistakes as well as he does we will get along just fine.
