Hello

So about me....I'm 27 and have lived in and around Vancouver most of my life, other than a brief stint in small town Nova Scotia for University. I loved living in a small and the life long friendships I developed, but its hard to top living in Vancouver

Currently I work for a local municipality in the Engineering Department. It is a great job, the day to day politics are a blast, pay is good, and I get along well with the people I work with...

With that said, sometimes I let the stress get to me and hopefully one day I can use the skills I learn to do something more. I'm starting to miss school and could see myself going back to get at M.A at some point, maybe geography or political science. I love to talk political/social theory and wouldn't mind getting paid to do it.

I love music, and have played the piano for longer than I can remember. Lately I have also been playing the accordion. My passion is music. I manage play live now and then and practice regularly with a 11 piece pop/rock group in town and am just starting a fun blues ban with some friends. I play all styles but jazz and R&B are my favorites.

I have done some traveling and loved it. Top three trips in my life so far include:

1. Trip to Newfoundland after graduating university, best place in the world, can't wait to go back
2. 5 weeks in Spain/Morocco - amazing places, and stories that will knock your socks off
3. Road Trip to California for Coachella Music Festival - good friends, good music, great laughs
