Not really sure what all to put here.... but here goes... I'm 28, attractive, and physically i'm in pretty good shape. I'm a manager and wine director for a very high end restaurant in Schaumburg so my work schedule is a little crazy and demanding sometimes(by sometimes i mean ALWAYS..... forevereverandeverandeverandever). I've never had trouble meeting girls in the past but between a 50+ hour work week and being a single parent, there hasn't really been much in the way of free time these days. I do have a 5 year old daughter who is the most beautiful little girl in the world and the absolute joy and light of my life, she reminds me daily that there is still a little beauty and magic left in this ugly world(and before you ask yes me and the X are are on pretty good terms so don't worry, no baby momma drama). I should really probably mention this now as well.... I'm also a die hard (and i do mean DIE HARD)chicago cubs fan, so if your a sox fan... we might have a problem... but hey i'll take my chances i'm up for a good challenge. I'm also not really looking for the high maintenance, shallow, prissy, stuck up drama queen type girl either, looks and a physical attraction are important don't get me wrong but there has got to be something underneath it all....if the best topic of conversation you can come up with is if you should buy(or i should buy you) the prada or coach purse to match your (insert other pretentious label) outfit, i'm probably not going to be interested. Also.... i'm almost 100% irish.... just thought i'd warn you ahead of time... I'm very passionate about politics and world affairs(GO OBAMA and **** GEORGE W as in War BUSH!!!) so i love a girl that can hold her own in a political discussion/debate. When it comes to relationships i'm 100% or nothing and I always have been. I'm not a "player", i've never dated more than one girl at a time, i've never cheated on anyone(not even a peck on the lips) and the main thing that's gotten me into trouble in the past is i'm loyal almost to a fault. I've had some pretty shitty relationships in the past and a disaster of a marriage so over the years i've learned what i do and don't like and what it really takes to make a relationship work. It's not as hard as everyone(including myself) makes it out to be........ 1) Physical attraction 2) Unwavering trust and loyalty 3) Communication ESPECIALLY on the little things 4) Complete understanding and acceptance of your partner for who they are good and bad, true love is not only accepting someone for their "faults" but loving them even more becasue of them 5)And last but not least earth shattering mind blowing sex... the kind you continue to dream and fantasize about even after the initial "honeymoon phase" is long over. As long as those 5 main compontents are there.... the rest is all the easy stuff and will just fall into place. The real trick is finding that someone to really click with..... and thus here we all are! Well that just about covers everything, but if i forgot something, feel free to ask... i'm an open book and have absolutly no secrets.

Ironicly considering the majority of my waking hours are spent in a restaurant I still love to go out for nice dinners. I'm a huge wine geek(actually studying to complete my sommelier certification which is like a BA in wine), so i love going out to tastings, wine shows/auctions, or just going out for a great dinner and an even better bottle of wine with an incredible girl.....(I hope)
