I work hard and have a good sense of humor. I'm into going to the movies and playing cards (and even more into winning at cards.) I'm one of those people that can make it hard despite the best intentions to get to know but once you get past the first meeting you find out I'm, to quote a friend, just a big teddy bear. I'm shy until you get to know me. I'm thoughtful and a good listener. I enjoy spending time with my friends whether its going out, staying, or just having dinner. My family is very important to me and I'd do anything for them.

I've always been the tall guy in the family so that means I'm the one getting the stuff on the top shelf. People tend to feel intimidated around me but being scary is farthest from my personality as it could be. I've always thought people should like me for being a big guy. Who else is going to help you move furniture or hang a picture? And its also a green light for a woman to wear heels when going out.

I'm open to a lot of people and things. But I've also got some things I'm not interested in at all. Being tall I've never cared about a woman's height but you have to show some self respect and take care of yourself. I'm just average myself but I run four times a week and eat healthy so you should be taking care of yourself as well. Please don't be into drugs of any kind either.

Dinner and drinks with lots of conversation. I don't think you can get to know anyone while bumping into strangers and yelling over loud music in a bar. And you can't have a first date sitting silently in a movie theater.
