I grew up in Brooklyn, NY and have lived in Queens,NY, I am now upstate where I raised my children in the country, You can take the gal outta the city, but you can't take the city outta the gal.
I love it here it is beautiful, but as you can tell adapt well anywhere.

It surely depends on the time of year and the kinda person you are with. However, a nice lunch and or a walk in a park would be nice. Time to talk and get to know each other a bit. A casual time, then you can tell if you are compatible and if the subject of a movie or a nice candlelit dinner comes up I am game. LOL
Or maybe just a long drive listening to music and talking.
