I have more cats and dogs than the average person. I had a registered rescue,but did not go out and rescue but only took the kittens and puppies and occassional adult in..I paid a big price for that sacrifice, Hearts for Animals was killed by local government and a bully neighbor next door. My feelings extend far beyond my own borders and loving and helping sometimes makes life heavy to carry...but carry I will. For happiness sake would you sacrifice to help and lessen someone else's load or would you turn your back and walk away. Can you find joy in dancing in the rain with me,not just cuddling by the fire..that is the icing on the cake..let's eat the cake first...LOL> Although I am not adding to it,I am still an animal advocate and seek to educate on animal welfare by writing a story of the last 3 years of my life with these animals. I need good friends and laughter. My passion is animal welfare,being with my family,helping others when I can, writing,caring for my pets,enjoy learning something new, love an adventure, and being apart of something bigger than myself. I am very personable and would enjoy someone who is not shy...but not too forward..just not afraid to stand up or speak up when needed. I am sincere. My children and family mean everything to me....love to spend time with friends as well.I am 61 and want a friend who remembers the same things I do from youth.. my dream is to live in the country.. I would like to publish a book I about my recent experience in the death of 13 of my dogs. Have written a lot of poetry. Like to sing karaoke with friends...just try to be a good person and learn more about how to be a better human who cares about other animals and the earth. I have my wishes about life,my hopes,my dreams....just hoping one day to run into the man who shares the same ones....and a few others to boot....I am up for learning or seeing something new..but the dogs and cats stay...what can I say...they come with me...we are..the whole package.
And for those who check in on me every once in a while...I have found the one who is perfect for me...now I need to wait and see how much I mean to him.

I love to be around horses..out in the country. I like to ride up to the mountains for a couple of days or to the beach...and I like karaoke...so that means going to bars(occassionally). As for church...I do believe there is a GOD and I do believe that we are all here to do something to make life here on earth better...but I am at this time in my life...turned off with pious Christians and others who think their status in life and position on the front pew makes them better than others. I do visit different churches every now and again if they have an interest in helping their neighborhood.
My idea of love is someone who makes me laugh,is not afraid to act like a kid around me...sitting by the fireplace this winter or a bonfire....and whatever comes with it...perfect!
Communication is so important...listening to the thoughts of someone I care about or want to care about...sounds like music to me. There is much more...I am very spiritual...being a good steward of the earth, a good neighbor and a good woman..I'd like to meet someone who believes they will never be too old to help someone or do for themselves instead of waiting or expecting someone else to do it for them.
