As for what I put under "looking for," it reflects the life lesson that I should think anyone single in their 50s would have learned: If you don't have enough in common to be good friends first, how can you expect to have a good lasting "relationship"?...That said, I love the outdoors, especially walking, skiing, etc. I thrive on conversation, reading, sharing knowledge, insights, interests like contemporary music, history, walking, astronomy, general science, philosophy, traveling through beautiful scenery, cosmology. Would enjoy meeting someone with overlapping interests, bright, communicative, humorous, philosophical, active, warm, and mature.
"I wept because I had no shoes, until I met a man who had no feet. So I took his shoes. I mean, it's not like he really needed them."
