I can’t say that I’d be surprised if I didn't find perfection. I've met a lot of cute gals over the years, but some seem to have gotten themselves into challenging situations. Whether its an unhappy marriage, kids, job, financial woes, I don’t know, I don’t care. Unfortunate things happen to everyone, but like a line from a favorite movie of mine, there's a statement made "are you a worker". Do you work hard to get through things and make things the best you can, or do you just give up and say, 'woe is me'. Although I’m not looking to take on someone else’s EXISTING drama and heartaches, I am the type of person who believes in working for something and challenging myself through difficult times. I don’t just run away from something or someone I believe in. As we all get older, it is tough to find ‘perfection’ and that’s not what I’m looking for. For me, I prefer a life of harmony and balance with good friends, family, and neighbors. I'd like to share it with someone of the same values and drive to keep trying to improve.

I am from New England. Born, raised, and educated there. My strongest attributes from living there are traditional family values, loyalty to my friends and job, and being kind and generous to those who have won my respect. I can sometimes sense one's good character and after a quick conversation, I usually have a good idea of what someone is all about.

Whether its money, fame, goals, etc., a conversation can reveal a lot of things about a person regardless of their appearance. I guess you can say I grew up in more of an ‘Old School’ mentality. I must confess, I do love the movie and envy the ‘college party life’, but above all, I am one who respects talent and not money and fame. I have a successful career and currently work at an elite hi-tech company locally. I'm a proud owner of a home and my brand new MONSTAH garage, aka 'Guys Toy Box'. One of my hobbies is playing/building muscle cars. I also like working out and heading out with friends to a concert, movie, or sporting event.

I enjoy people who have an ‘A’ game to bring. For the most part that means just being honest, caring, hard-working, and genuine. I don’t care where you live, work, or what kind of car you drive. I have friends that very wealthy and successful and I have others who have modest, but very respectful lives. I'd rather hang out with people who put me in a good mood than people who are always bickering or bad-mouthing others.

What's going to attract me to you??

If you're so hot, or think you are, that's great, that may attract me to want to meet you, but what's going make me want to stay or bring you into my life?? In other words, what do you have going for you besides a nice smile?? And the same goes with me.

I'm not perfect, but I feel I have a lot to bring to the table. I love to make people laugh and when on a role, I've been known to have my friends howling. I can turn moments out with good friends into cherished memories, and I'm loyal to those I care about. I like to travel and see the world. I fly to New England 4-5 times a year to see friends and family so I try to stay in tune with all my roots. I have a great ring of friends down here in Tampa Bay, back in Mass, and even all corners of this country and world and its always fun to make more. I have a great network of people who like to do fun things so when you're of friend of mine, you've joined a fraternity of good times to come. Lifes too short to be a one-man-band!!

My first date would be something in a quiet setting. A place that isn't loud and disctracting where I can talk to someone and hear them close. Chemistry is important and I want to be able to pick up body language, tones, and let the attractions build from that. May do something fun like mini golf or bowling, or maybe take a ride to a nice park. A couple of drinks at a pub helps loosen the mood, but I'm at an age where I can get by without that. But, it does help loosen the mood. Cheers !!
