About Me
Hi Tim here, I'm most definitely a hopeless romantic & would fall into the Golden Retriever/Labrador breed, if I were a dog, and at times I wish I were. Life can be way to complicated/busy! I work hard & I play hard, staying active is important to me, V-Ball, tennis, Frisbee, working out swimming, concerts, more concerts (Steely Dan Last week, was way good) , road trips, dance? I do better with playful woman. A woman who likes to just get out and do stuff. I like to cruise to festivals and concerts, I'm in to all kinds of music, CCM classic Rock, funky jazz. I'm looking for a romantic/free spirit who also has a heart for God, and knows what's going on in this crazy world (a little Fox News won't hurt) A woman who is able to just jump on my bike and do last minute stuff would be great, a ride to the lake, or to see the leaves turn this fall. I love to cook and then have that glass of wine near a fireplace? (wish I still had one)I believe that even as you get older, it's still possible to have those tummy flutters, ya know, all goofy inside like when you smell that fresh hair after being outside, or when you see that look in her eyes that tells you, wow this really is LOVE............. P.S. I believe this gal will be a wee bit quirky, sexy, smart, and is just in waiting, How does that song go "I've been waiting for a girl like you" As for goals, perhaps in the next 5-10 years we could consider a joint business, I have 18+ years of sales experience (environmental related) and years of painting as well. Boy, I like to meander........... P.S. Or how about the song: Hard Headed Woman Lyrics > Cat Stevens I'm looking for a hard headed woman,(though she doesn't have to be) One who will take me for myself, And if I find my hard headed woman, I won't need nobody else, no, no, no. I'm looking for a hard headed woman, One who will make me do my best, And if I find my hard headed woman I know the rest of my life will be blessed -- yes, yes, yes. I know a lot of fancy dancers, people who can glide you on a floor, They move so smooth but have no answers. When you ask "Why'd you come here for?" "I don't know" "Why?" I know many fine feathered friends but their friendliness depends on how you do. They know many sure fired ways to find out the one who pays and how you do. I'm looking for a hard headed woman, One who will make me feel so good, And if I find my hard headed woman, I know my life will be as it should -- yes, yes, yes. I'm looking for a hard headed woman, One who will make me do my best, And if I find my hard headed woman...END Of song. And it's just a song. I had a gal tell me she might not be a good match if I'm looking for a hard headed woman. The lady I'm looking for will have that soft heart & understand the romantic side to this song........ Timothy P.S.S. Additional good stuff if ya have time? > Life's Perspective... One day, the father of a very wealthy family took his son on a trip to the country with the express purpose of showing him how poor people live. They spent a couple of days and nights on the farm of what would be considered a very poor family. On their return from their trip, the father asked his son, 'How was the trip?' 'It was great, Dad.' 'Did you see how poor people live?' the father asked. 'Oh yeah,' said the son. 'So, tell me, what did you learn from the trip?' asked the father. The son answered: 'I saw that we have one dog and they had four. We have a pool that reaches to the middle of our garden and they have a creek that has no end. We have imported lanterns in our garden and they have the stars at night. Our patio reaches to the front yard and they have the whole horizon. We have a small piece of land to live on and they have fields that go beyond our sight. We have servants who serve us, but they serve others. We buy our food, but they grow theirs. We have walls around our property to protect us, they have friends to protect them.' The boy's father was speechless. Then his son added, 'Thanks Dad for showing me how poor we are.' Isn't perspective a wonderful thing? Makes you wonder what would happen if we all gave thanks for everything we have, instead of worrying about what we don't have. Appreciate every single thing you have, especially your friends! Pass this on to friends and acquaintances and help them refresh their perspective and appreciation. 'Life is too short and friends are too few"
